Since We've Been Gone

We finally have our precious internet up and running. It has been a while since we have posted any pictures or updates, so here is what we have been up to....

An awesome trip to the shore with friends. Even a flat tire and super expensive parking didn't detract from the ALL day fun!

Isaac's first time surfing. He is hooked. He says he needs to buy an entirely new wardrobe now so that he can fit in with the surfing crowd.

Isaac and Josh packing up for Scout Camp. Isaac is the YMs president in our ward, and Josh is the scoutmaster. Only one of the boys had ever been camping before, and none of them had ever been fishing, so they had a great time!

Our friend Chelsea had the brilliant idea of getting together every Sunday for a picnic. Each Sunday we go to someone else's house and bring our own meat and a side dish to share. It has been an awesome way to have "family" dinners and to get out of the hot kitchen! Here are a few pics from when we hosted...

Luckily, having a large BBQ grill is not a requirement to join the group.
