How long have you been together? We met our senior year of high school, started dating in January 1999... so that's 9 years. Wow.
How long did you date? 1 year before the mish, and 10 weeks after (including a 7 week engagement).
How old is he? Almost 27- that hurts me to say it. That means I'm almost.. no, I can't be that old.
Who eats more? me
Who said "I love you" first? Isaac. Before dating him, I had three boys tell me they loved me, and I really hated it becuase a) I didn't love them and b) they didn't really love me. I told Isaac how silly I thought it was to say "I love you" to a girl you hardly knew. He was scared spitless the day he decided to finally say it.
Who is taller? Isaac, barely.
Who sings better? Isaac by a landslide. I try to get him to sing me to sleep, but he's too cool for that.
Who is smarter? Isaac is booksmart, I'm streetsmart :)
Who does the laundry? Me, but he does carry it up and down the two flights of stairs for me. And occaisonaly puts his own clothes away.
Who does the dishes? Me, 70 percent of the time.
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? I do.
Who pays the bills? The one who makes more money- me (which isn't saying much, seeing as how he's a student, haha.)
Who mows the lawn? Isaac mows our 18 feet of crab grass. And when I do it, he has to come tackle that killer hill.
Who cooks dinner? Usually Isaac.
Who is more stubborn? Oh, me for sure.
Who kissed who first? Isaac kissed me, on Prom night, in front of all of our friends.
Who asked who out? Isaac asked me to go snowmobiling the day after his 18th birthday. We went with two of his brother-in-laws. And his "girlfriend" called us while we were on the top of the mountain.
Who proposed? Isaac, the same place we went snowmobiling, but this time we were fourwheeling (it was freezing cold and snowing, so we might as well have been snowmobiling). We were overlooking the Bountiful temple, he was so nervous, and I couldn't believe it! He had only been home from his mission for three weeks, and we hadn't even talked about marriage. He had even bought the ring already!
Who is more sensitive? The hormonal girl writing this.
Who has more friends? Probably me, just because I can never let go. Still friends with everyone I ever came into contact with.
Who has more siblings? Isaac wins with 7.
Who wears the pants in the relationship? We each wear a leg.
Who are you tagging? Mom, Michelle P, Lisa R, Tami of James and Tami, and new blogger Kathy L.

Cute!! It seems like I remember Jake telling me that it was no surprise to hear that Isaac got married so fast off the mish. Its fun to hear the story! I love that he does most of the cooking. When Jake is home, I do most of it, but when he does cook, he can throw together a mean missionary meal. Seriously, I am impressed every time with his ideas. Russia must do that to you.
This is a really good idea. I think I'm going to steal it for my blog. By the way, if you and Isaac want an invite, let me know and I'll send it. My blog's only been up for about a month, but it has more pictures than Jenny's newsletter.
I can't believe you went behind my back and unilaterally answered all those questions! You're grounded, you know I wear the pants! She was never my girlfriend! I do the dishes more than that! More like taller by a landslide! You wanna mention that I am balding while you make fun of my age! Stinker!
P.S. I think Isaac's balding.
you two are so funny! that is awesome! ps, we totally watch man vs. wild and we say every time how much Bear looks like Isaac! take care!
I love it!!! K and Noah's ex called him from HER wedding (I was with him, tee hee). I love your "story", especially that he kissed you in front of his friends, now THAT is true love!
Ok, so first off, that picture is the smallest thing ever. I would love to actually see what you guys looked like on the big day. Going on, you guys crack me up. I had to read these out loud to spencer cuz I thought they were just that amusing.
You forgot to mention the part about when I, your mother, decided Isaac was a real sweetheart! It was when you were out of school because of your leg surgery, and Isaac would come over with take-out food so you could eat lunch together, so you wouldn't be so bored. And then he would take you in the wheelchair for "walks" up and down our street. Or to the movies. And then he built a snowman with crutches to ask you to Prom. What a keeper! We love you, Isaac! Mom
I think I might finally start a blog but I'm afraid it will be nowhere as amazing as yours and I'll never be answering those questions for myself. But I'm glad you two are so cute.
Ahh so that's what true love is eh? So fun!
Oh and are these Romneys related to THE Romney? If so quite awesome I must say!
Happy Birthday Isaac from the Main Land.
This is cute. It made me think for myself. I guess you tagged me so I will do it.
