P.S. While I was at work, my
colleagues kept commenting on how happy I seemed, how well rested I looked, etc. Apparently I was miserable and ugly when I worked there. My beauty secret? Fabric shopping, playing with friends, babysitting, and sewing. A couple things I've been up to:
bunting banners***

the first quilt I've ever pieced. i haven't decided on how I want to quilt it yet (blurry pictures, long story that involves standing on a chair holding the camera above my head. guess it wasn't that long of a story)
***
the second quilt I made. it is quilted and just waiting for the binding- something I haven't done yet but will be learning soon***

i am really excited about this mostly white quilt with red backing. i am going to free motion quilt it, so wish me luck!***
my latest fabric purchases- i have three other quilt in the works
(and by "in the works" i mean "in my head")***
our valentine's center piece. love me those holidays.***

LOVE the quilts, esp the first one! I wish I lived closer to you and wasn't in school and we could hang out and do crafty things. That would be Awesome!
You're having so much fun! Love the quilts and fabrics. I wish I could get motivated to do something crafty. Maybe I should quit my job (J/K).
Holy Crap you're cute.
Man, can you imagine how much fun we would have together making stuff!
Move back to Utah already!
That center piece is adorable! What an awesome idea! Did you hand stitch those?
I would get comments about my "happiness" when I lived out of Utah. I think it's the "mormon glow." Hey I'm working on my first big time quilt. It was suppose to be done when Piper was born. Hopefully it will be done by her second birthday. Cross your fingers! :)
love that centerpiece in the last photo. where did you get it? :)
Your quilt looks so good! I need it.
Looks like you've been busy! Love the new fabric, in fact, I think I have the orange print on top... still waiting for me to put it to use. Do you ever find that you want to keep your cool fabric stashed away because it's TOO awesome to be used? (Because if I had that stack of fabric in my house, it would be taken out of the closet only to be admired, then folded back up again. Tell me I'm not the only one who has issues!)
By the way, I love your creative hearts. So clever!
let's talk about whether or not you sell those centerpiece hearts and the bunting banner. I NEED!
BOMB...that fabric...I heart it.
