Her first day went pretty good, Isaac and I kept peeking in the window to see her. About 20 minutes before church was over, she saw me peeking in and started crying, so I spent the rest of the time with her. Lesson learned, last Sunday we were much sneakier about peeking in! I think she did pretty good, though she had some teary eyes when I picked her up. Two hours with so many kids is a lot to get used to.
Isaac and I sat quietly through Sunday School together for the first time in 19 months! Too bad I still couldn't concentrate on the lesson since I kept thinking about Hazel (and Old Testament lessons don't allow for much mind-wandering if you want to understand what is going on).
she loves her 'nech' (necklace). and yes, she is a little bumped and bruised, that's what happens when you fall down the stairs.

She is simply A.D.O.R.A.B.L.E!
Can't wait to kiss those little cheeks. Until then...please kiss her for me!
You don't know me, but I found your blog through another adoption blog. I just had to comment and say that Hazel is a DOLL!! The pictures of her are so sweet and you have one very cute family!
If you think she's growing up fast now, wait until next week when you turn around and she's 16, as tall (or taller) than you, and going on her first date. Seriously, I know it was only last week when Ben was that age.
Love you!
She is so adorable! Can't wait to see you guys.
Norah slept for four hours after her first nursery experience. She still usually has a couple hour nap and falls asleep before we leave the church parking lot.
i can't believe she's old enough for nursery! so so adorable!!
