Disney World {Part 4}

Up next, Hollywood Studios. We started off the day by going to the 3D Muppet movie, which I thought Hazel would love, but apparently there are lots of loud noises and smoke that she certainly did not love. (I don't think she'll be able to go on a boat ride or to a theater for the rest of her life without feeling on edge!) Isaac and Hazel left the show after a few minutes, and when the rest of us were finished, we met back up with them...

I thought this was the cutest thing ever, what a great daddy Hazel has! Next up, my favorite parade. The costumes were so cute.

Haze did lots of napping that day, Isaac went to the Indiana Jones show, and I ate lots of ice cream.  My favorite ride of the day was the Tower of Terror, I don't think I've ever screamed so much on a ride!
reg man is chasing haze around trying to take her picture. so cute.

That night we decided to go to Fantasmic. Apparently Hazel also acquired a fear of spraying water to go along with her fear of smoke and loud noises, so we didn't last long. Poor girl, who knew Disney could be so scary for a toddler?

That night we had a long debate about whether or not to go to Universal Studios the next day. Will the kids like it, will it be worth the extra money, etc. Isaac had gone a few months previously while in Florida for a conference and he swore up and down that it was amazing and totally worth it. Well, we did go, and he was right! Up next, our trip to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter & Dr. Seuss land...

Hi Sara, it's been fun to read about your trip. We went last year in April and had such a similar experience. We loved it! I hadn't been since I was 16 and I was worried about going with 3 little kids, but it was all perfect. That's largely due to the fact that we were with lots of other adult family members that helped us out. It was so fun...so I agree with you about loving Disney. And Nathan (barely 2 at the time) was just like Hazel...he got scared in every theater and show, so we always had to take turns sitting outside with him. At least your Hazel sleeps well in her stroller. I think Nathan only fell asleep once in his stroller that whole week. Some days we had to go back to our hotel so he could take a nap. Anyway, glad you could have such a fun trip with your family! Makes me want to go back. :) Jenny Whiting
