I wish that everyone dressed modestly, and then maybe I wouldn't have such an impossible time finding a descent dress to wear to the gala (that's right, I go to galas. And hobnob with billionaires. Just not at the same time; there won't be any billionaires at the gala. There won't be any Sara's at the gala either if I can't find a dang dress.)

Is this post really about not being able to find a dress, or were you just dying to find a way to use the word "hobnob"? Come on, tell the truth.
I don't know how you guys compare size wise or anything, but I remember Dani Vest saying she had some dressier dresses. Maybe you could see what she has. I imagine this "gala" is a pretty fancy occasion. Wish I had something that would work.

You can borrow my old prom dress. . . my mom made sure it was modest. . . and I hear the 80's are coming back, so you should be good!

We have had our paper work nearly done for the last year and still haven't turned it in. I think we are finally ready and hopefully we will be part of the waiting game by the end of the month. Hey try shadeclothing.com...Shade has some really cute formal dresses...also surprisingly Banana Republic does some capped sleeves every once and while...since it is close to summer (at least it feels like it!) I am sure a knee length dress would be totally appropriate!! Let me know if you want a shopping buddy...you have such a cute figure it will look smashing no matter what you find!
