I've said it once and I'll say it again- I love being tagged! So thanks, Rebecca & Michelle, and here are the answers to my tags!
Eight Random Things About Me
1. I love marshmallow cream. I can eat an entire bottle in one sitting. Maybe that's why I've lost my girlish figure.
2. I can't survive without lotion. When my hands or feet feel dry, I can think of nothing else until they are lotioned up. My family can attest to walking around NYC looking for a drug store or shopping on Sunday while on vacation to get lotion. I simply can't survive without it.
3. I worry that our nieces and nephews will forget who we are. I miss them like crazy.
4. I love celebrating birthdays. Birthday week in our house starts the week before your birthday and ends on your birthday with a big celebration. All during the week you get to pick what you want for dinner every night (even if it is eating out at expensive restaurants), no chores, control of the tv, pure delight.
5. I hate calling people on the phone because I am so terrified that they won't know who I am and it will lead to an embarrassing silence. This isn't crazy- it happens all of the time. "Hi, this is Sara". Silence. Silence. "Who?" "Sara. Your sister." Seriously, this happens ALL the time. I wish I had a more unique name, like Yolanda. Everyone remembers Yolanda.
6. I started getting gray hair when I was 16. If I go more than a month without coloring, I look old.
7. I love reading comics (funny comics, not action comics). I love Baby Blues, Fox Trot, Dilbert, Pooch Cafe, Sherman's Lagoon, Zits, and of course the classics- Archie, Calvin & Hobbes, Farside. I bought a calendar the other day just to read all of the daily comics- it was 20 of the happiest minutes of my week! I'm chuckling just thinking about it.
8. I hang on to friends for dear life. If you are my friend, you will never be able to get rid of me. I still keep in touch with my best friend from 1st grade, although we haven't lived in the same half of the United States since we were 10. It makes my day to get a random email or comment on facebook from a friend. I love friends, old friends, new friends, red friends, blue friends.

No worries about these nieces and nephews forgetting you. We have conversations all the time about you guys, and everytime I look at your blog (which is usually multiple times a day) Aaron says, "There's Sawa and Isaac!"

Too funny Sara. I think I have the same fear about calling people. That's why I ALWAYS say my last name when I call someone. That's also why Bennett started calling me "Andrea Card" instead of mom for a while. :)
