Now we just want to get home from the hospital while our baby is still a baby (only 20 more hours until she's a toddler)!
Hazel has a UTI and a kidney infection. They switched her antibiotics and we are so thankful that it appears to be working! She hasn't had a fever in over 30 hours and is getting back to her normal sweet self. She hasn't been drinking nearly as much as they want her to, so it looks like we'll be stuck here until they are convinced she won't become dehydrated.
We are still in isolation, and this room feels smaller and smaller with each passing day. Isaac and I have been sharing a tiny couch at night and I need a good masseuse or chiropractor to take care of me after this! Hazel is getting more and more antsy to get a move on- she must have heard the weather reports and just wants to get out into the spring air.
Thank you all so much for your prayers, emails and calls. Hazel is pretty much the most loved child in the universe!
