Isaac was about the fourth graduate to walk across the stage, and there had just been polite claps for the other graduates. I am not one to sit by and calmly clap while my husband of 9 years graduates! All five of us yelled and clapped and hollered- if I could have, I would have done a little jig as well. We may have been small in numbers, but we were certainly the loudest of the day!
Hazel was so cute and kept yelling (quite loudly) 'Daddy, Daddy!' while the graduates were walking in, and back out at the end. Everyone in the audience kept looking at us with what I will believe was adoration for the bundle of joy that was celebrating her father.
But she was super quiet the rest of the time....
It was great to be able to share the day with our Philly family.
Isaac really has the best advisor who is always so understanding about everything. Kilief likes working for him too, especially since he just got a raise!
After the ceremony there was a nice little reception, during which Hazel amused the whole table by giving herself a full cheese facial.
We love you, Doctor!

When you said "cheese facial" I totally thought you were meaning something like cream cheese. I was glad that it wasn't.
Congrats to Isaac! We love you guys!
