cousin extravaganza

We've had a lot of visitors in the two months we've been here. My aunt and uncle came before our furniture even arrived, BBFF Jenny, Mike & Kendra (three times, awesome), and Isaac's brother Russ, brother-in-law John, and two of our nephews. We've also been to Utah twice in the past two months. We LOVE living so much closer!

A while back, Isaac decided that he wanted to go on a guided Salmon fishing trip. He talked Russ, John, and Mike into joining him, and all the boys went on their adventure last week. Let's just say it was a very expensive boat ride...

Back at home, Kendra and I tried to keep the kiddos entertained by going to a magical land that had ZERO parking. Seriously, we drove around for over an hour looking for a place to park. We are some dedicated-to-fun mommas, though, and finally found spots. 

Hazel wore her cowgirl costume that my mom put together for her while we were in Utah. We had a good time going to all of the treat stations and collecting our goodies. They also have all of these small rides that only the kids can go on, and it was great to watch Hazel and her cousins having so much fun.

hazel and her cousin. mr. p was such a great sport about all of this- i think he was a little too old to think this place was cool, but he never acted like it and always made sure hazel was having a blast.

after that loooong day we went home and put on a movie for the kids, hoping they would fall asleep. yeah right.

The men got back from their fishing trip that evening, and we had a late (and sooo delicious) sushi dinner. That dinner alone made up for the failed fishing trip, right guys?

Ok, who is going to come visit us next?!?!
