After a few hours of raking and shoveling and sweating, they fed us lunch and set us free! We picked Hazel up from the nursery where she was being watched, and headed about 30 minutes into the mountains to visit a farm. We'd been learning about farms that week, so it was the perfect field trip.
We then went on a little hike and ended the outing with a steam train ride. A perfect Saturday!

I love the picture of Hazel with her ticket. That's awesome your church has helping hands day. Mine has something called Love Madison and they cancel services that Sunday and everyone goes out and volunteers. Pretty neat :).
That photo of Hazel and Isaac holding up their tickets is TO DIE FOR. Seriously Hazel's face is the cutest thing I've ever seen!!!!!
What a fun day! I just read the last several posts and wow, I REALLY want to visit you now! So many fun things to do. Hazel is getting so big and is absolutely adorable.
